We want your experience with Veda Cosmic to be smooth from booking to consultation. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds work.
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if you contact us at least [24 hours] before your scheduled slot, by emailing cosmicpeace98@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
If you cancel at least [24 hours] before your scheduled slot, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than [24 hours] before the scheduled slot are eligible for a [50%] refund or a one-time free reschedule, at your choice. Once a consultation has been conducted, no refund will be issued.
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed and is not eligible for a refund. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a new slot at your convenience.
